Grease residues on tubular rail systems often dry due to various influences and adhere very firmly to the surface. To remove them effectively – for example with the RohrbahnenJet – pre-treatment with a solvent is required.

The ideal solution for the precise and controlled application of solvents to tubular rail systems is the Rail Tube Sprayer.

Using a hose pump, a precision dosing valve, and three fine spray nozzles, the amount of cleaning agent applied can be individually and accurately adjusted by the operator.

Excess cleaning agent is collected via a funnel, stored in a separate container, and can be reused after proper filtration.

The Rail Tube Sprayer can be guided along the rail either manually or via an automatic conveying system. Its cordless battery operation ensures maximum flexibility and independence.
