Empty hook cleaning
Efficient High-Pressure Cleaning Technology
All Marchel high-pressure cleaning systems utilize a specially developed and patented nozzle system that can be individually adjusted to meet specific cleaning requirements. The system is powered by a high-performance high-pressure pump.
The meat hooks to be cleaned are picked up in the inlet area by an integrated stainless steel empty hook conveyor and continuously transported through the system.
The exceptional cleaning effect is achieved by oscillating nozzles, which ensure that the hooks are thoroughly exposed to water jets at all relevant points.
Precise, continuous, and economical dosing of cleaning agents, along with constant temperature control of the process water, contribute significantly to optimal cleaning results.
In the exit area, a shower device removes any remaining cleaning agent residues. This can be operated with either cold or hot water.
Furthermore, Marchel cleaning systems combine economy and ecology: The process water circulates in a closed loop, ensuring that cleaning agents, fresh water, wastewater, and energy are used particularly efficiently.
